CHAPLET OF HEALING

This chaplet of healing is meant to be prayed on an ordinary five-decade rosary.
V. By the power of the Holy Cross, on which our Savior died…
R …bring light to Your holy Church, O Lord.
V . (+) In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
R. Amen.
On the Our Father beads:
First Decade V. Most Merciful Father, by the wounds and torments of Thine only Begotten Son on His Heart, when we mocked and insulted Him, You have brought us salvation.
R. Heal Your children, young and old, tormented by the wounds of the Church.
On the Hail Mary beads:(c.f. 1 Peter 2:24) V. By His wounds R. We are healed
In place of the Glory Be,at the end of each decade: (c.f. Jn 8:36) V. If the Son of God frees you. R. You are free indeed
Second Decade V. Most Merciful Father, by the wounds and torments of Thine only Begotten Son on His Head when we crowned Him, You have brought us salvation.
R. Heal Your children, young and old, tormented by the wounds of the Church.
On the Hail Mary beads:(c.f. 1 Peter 2:24) V. By His wounds R. We are healed
In place of the Glory Be,at the end of each decade: (c.f. Jn 8:36) V. If the Son of God frees you. R. You are free indeed
Third Decade V. Most Merciful Father, by the wounds and torments of Thine only Begotten Son on His flesh when we scourged Him, You have brought us salvation.
R. Heal Your children, young and old, tormented by the wounds of the Church.

Fourth Decade V. Most Merciful Father, by the wounds and torments of Thine only Begotten Son on His Hands and Feet, when we nailed Him, You have brought us salvation.

Fifth Decade V. Most Merciful Father, by the wounds and torments of Thine only Begotten Son on His side, when we pierced Him, You have brought us salvation.

We fly to Thy protection, O Holy Mother of God. Do not despise our petitions in our necessities, but deliver us always from all dangers, O Glorious and Blessed Virgin. Amen.
